Hey, I’m Crystal.
Raised by Nigerian immigrants as a Houston-native, I’ve been a leader in multiple industries over the past 10 years (Corporate America, Nonprofit, Social Media Influencer, Entrepreneurship), making me an experienced Mentor and Coach for diverse women.
From running teams as an Engineer and Lead Manager at a Fortune 500 Company to running and operating multiple brands and businesses as an Entrepreneur and CEO of The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization, leadership has always been at the core of my success with an emphasis on diversity.
Whether starting a business, monetizing online, building a brand or launching a nonprofit organization, I’ve successfully used my diversified skills to accomplish all these endeavors for myself and for my female clients.

Crystal was sure to define my desired outcomes as a client or to restart my business and generate income as well as find alignment with God. Crystal took time to dive deep into roadblocks that thwarted my objectives through observing past patterns but also looking at the word of God with me, and conveying insight she felt the spirit was leading her to. Most blockages had to do with emotional and fear wounds in my blind spots. In the short time I’ve been in the 1:1 coaching program and doing the things suggested by Crystal several opportunities have opened up as a result of the homework including opportunities aligned with my gifts but that I felt unqualified for.
