CEO & Founder of The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization
Crystal Ngumezi is the CEO & Founder of The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free mentorship and professional development to underserved young women within the state of Texas. She has professional experience working for large corporations and small businesses in operations management, engineering, and process improvement, stemming from a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
As an entrepreneur, she helps other entrepreneurs turn their passions into a paycheck by launching successful brands, by providing professional consulting services through her consulting company, Brand Your Biz. Crystal also provides unique and on-trend fashion pieces for women looking to make a bold statement with their personal style through her online boutique, ShoppHer. Apart from running and operating her 3 companies, she also runs and operates her own personal brand on social media to an online audience of 13K+ followers as a social media influencer.
Crystal is all about women empowerment, community involvement, and leading a purpose-filled life. She uses her platform to build up young women, young leaders, and a community of believers through faith-filled messaging and inspirational content.

Leah K. Egwuatu is a fitness trainer, instructor, social media influencer, and busy mom of 3.
In the onset of 2012, Leah fused her two passions of food & fitness by launching her blog: Fit Foodie Le.
Through various mediums, this online inspiration is always eager to share her healthy recipes, fit tips, and workout routines all while shedding a realistic yet funny and positive light on balancing fitness and motherhood.
Worldwide, Leah is currently living out her passion by captivating and inspiring over 70K women and men to become healthier versions of themselves.
Entreprenuer, Owner and Creative Director of Sixth Avenue Boutique
Alexandria Deal, Owner and Creative Director of Sixth Avenue Boutique as well as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio. Though receiving her degree and working in healthcare for 8 years, this native Houstonian decided her passion for fashion could no longer take the back seat. Allie strategically incorporates her unique style and knowledge of fashion with high-end international trends to create unique looks that will allow individuals from all different backgrounds to express themselves through fashion. As she continues to grow her collection, she desires to create trends and designs for the chic. Not only is Allie a fashion influencer, she also advocates for spirituality and self love by speaking to women about the importance of embracing their unique differences and truly being happy from the inside out.

Michelle Olomojobi is the creator behind LLULO, a dynamic independent fashion/lifestyle brand and cultural presence. Llulo has been noted as a brand that is sprinkling a bit of the motherland all over the world.
Since 2012, one of Michelle’s goals has been to show Ankara and other African fabrics in different facets besides clothing.
Founder and Owner of God’s Fingers
Ruth Adewusi is the Founder and Owner of God’s fingers. In its 3rd year of operations, God’s Fingers is a Houston based health and beauty business, catering to women across the city who come to Ruth for professional and excellent salon service. Ruth has worked in the salon industry for over 5 years, and has experience styling hair for over 10 years. As a lover of her field and industry, salon owners would see her work and ask her to come and work for them. Known for her social media content, Ruth inspires young women from all over to live in their uniqueness. As a licensed cosmetologist, Ruth provides hair and makeup services to her clients.
“I have always asked God to show me my purpose in life, and God pointed right back at me and said it was right in front of me. Each client that has sat in my chair has influenced me in many ways, and I am proud to say that I believe I have influenced them as well. I have introduced Christ to some, glory to God, and some have just simply needed hugs and love. God’s Fingers is a no condemnation zone. More About The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization
The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization came into existence to meet the needs of underserved and disadvantaged communities that lack the proper resources and support needed for young female minority students to excel academically and professionally. The organization was founded on December 19, 2016 in Austin, TX by Crystal Ngumezi.
The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization has reached 45+ young women (13-18 years old) through the organization’s female mentorship and professional etiquette training programs.
The organization has expanded to multiple cities in the state of Texas and has partnered with major corporations such as The Boys and Girls Club and Microsoft.
