About Us

Our story

The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that raises up young women in God’s image through free female mentorship and enrichment programs for teens, community service in underprivileged neighborhoods, and Christian discipleship for young adults through events, podcast streaming, and online media.

The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization provides positive and reassuring content for a generation that is struggling with identity, truth, and purpose as a result of a technology-centered world.

Since founded by CEO Crystal Ngumezi on December 19, 2016, this organization has served over 100 teens across Texas through P31 Academy, and thousands of young adults globally through social media and podcast streaming, with the potential to reach over 1 million young women around the world.

Program for Teen Girls

P31 Academy is our free online mentorship and enrichment program for female students (13-18 years old) from low-income families living in underprivileged neighborhoods. In P31 Academy, students participate in virtual programming and mentorship where they engage in a curriculum based on four core principles: female empowerment through goal setting, STEM exposure, college readiness, and professional etiquette training. With female mentorship offered by our CEO Crystal Ngumezi, students of P31 Academy will become more confident, explore STEM educational opportunities, prepare for graduating high school, and walk boldly into their futures!

Young Adults

The Modern Day P31 Woman Podcast is a Christian podcast show for young adults. Hosted by Crystal Ngumezi, CEO/Founder of The Proverbs 31 Women’s Organization, women explore what it means and looks like to live a purpose-filled life in today’s society using biblical teachings, personal testimonies, and Christian principles.
